DĂ©tendez-vous sur votre canapĂ©-lit queen ou votre fauteuil Ă  bascule au design tropical est exactement oĂč vous voulez ĂȘtre, dans ce condo de plage chic. Tous rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©s de haut en bas, dĂ©corĂ©s dans des couleurs douces de la Floride et amĂ©nagĂ©s avec des meubles Panama Jack. Nouveaux armoires blanches et en verre dans la cuisine avec nouveaux comptoirs Cambria Quartz et dos en carreaux de verre de mer. Un tout nouvel ensemble de vaisselle, verrerie, ustensiles et batterie de cuisine. Pour la chambre Ă  coucher, un nouveau lit king size Prana, des placards California et une belle douche Ă  effet pluie. L'unitĂ© est carrelĂ©e, a des volets de plantation et des stores Hunter Douglas.
Le condo dispose ïżœïżœgalement de 2 tĂ©lĂ©visions pour votre divertissement. Un dans le salon et 1 dans la chambre. Nouveaux traitements de fenĂȘtre aussi.

Beach front and Sunsets

Our first time staying here and it was wonderful. Easy beach access, parking and staffed office were appreciated. The area is still recovering but the natural beauty and relaxing atmosphere was just what we were looking for. We’d stay here again

Fantastic condo steps from the beach!

The condo was clean and has everything you need for your beach vacation and then some (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, etc.)! The view of the beach and sunsets from the condo were amazing!

Beach Vacation March 2024

This beautiful condo was perfect for our vacation. The pool opened the day we arrived. Great pool. Beautiful beach. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. The property and the community are recovering from Hurricane Ian. EB&TC is way ahead of most of the area. We would stay again for sure.

Great vacation stay, very neat and clean rental

705B Was just as described in the property listing. When we arrived to Fort Myers we called to see if we could get early check in. We were able to get in about an hour earlier which was awesome. I believe the girls name was Amanda that we were working with and she was very very polite and nice to work with. When we walked into the property it was very, very clean and smelled really good. You could tell there was a lot of effort in keeping the property clean and up to date. We did have a little minuscule problem with the code not unlocking the door. I called Amanda right back and she gave us a new code and it worked great after that. The rental has everything you would need if you were to cook on your vacation (I did no cooking-lol)

..everything from a nice Keurig, blender, espresso maker, nice quality products and fully stocked with plates, dishes, pots and pans, glasses etc. also has very nice patio furniture to sit out on and have some coffee in the morning and read a book. Very relaxing just to sit out there and look at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Also very nice that they had beach chairs a Beach umbrella, some noodles and Floaties that you could use on a daily basis at the beach or at the pool. The only thing I would complain about was that in the contract it states you should not have the air set below 74°. The first two or maybe three nights it was miserable we could not sleep at all because it was so hot in the bedroom area. My husband slept in the living room area on the pull out couch because it was a little cooler in there but it was absolutely horrific to sleep in. I did message tri power and did get a response right away and we were able to turn the air conditioning down which made a huge huge difference. We slept much better the rest of our vacation in the very comfortable king size bed. I think it would help if there was a oscillating fan available to put in the living room area to move the air around a little bit more so it gets into the bedroom area also. You could definitely tell the difference from walking into the bedroom from the living room area even though it’s one big room you could still tell the difference. Was very grateful we got the OK to turn the air temperature down a couple degrees. I did also inquire about getting a later time for check out. Our flight was in the late afternoon so it was very nice that we were able to have a late check out at noon! Would definitely stay again. EXCELLENT STAY!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for two

This condo 705B, is the perfect size for a couple at the quieter end of FMB. Big comfy king bed. Nicely decorated, very clean. Mostly quiet resort except for the occasional loud people at the pool with a radio. We saw a majority of older adults during our stay. The only recommendation I have is that rules need to be posted better in the rooms on what to do with the trash and recycling. We didn’t figure it out until til our last day.

Perfect Stay

This unit was awesome and more than we expected. The furnishings are high end, great walk in shower, great towels, very comfy bed, and a great kitchen to cook in with all the accessories you would ever need. The view over the ocean topped everything. It was enjoyable any time of day.

Perfect place!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The condo was also very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and big enough, I shared it with my daughter. All check in info was provided well in advance. And they also checked on us after Elsa came through. Asked if we were ok and if we needed anything at all. They care about those renting from them. Everything we needed for our 10 day trip was right there. And it made our trip perfect!!

Absolutely perfect

It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we wanted it to be the best and it was. Tri Power Vacation rentals gets an A+ in my book. The condo was immaculate and everything worked just as they said like the door codes. Plenty of towels, beach chairs (2) umbrella, the condo is stocked for any cooking you might want to do or you can visit the many wonderful restaurants just down the street. I recommend Oliver’s, Truly Scrumptious and South Beach Grill! Will definitely be back!!!

Anniversart Trip

This condo has an amazing view of the gulf. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony early morning to bird watch and in the evening at sunset. It is very easy to access the beach and there were two beach chairs and an umbrella. The condo very clean. Although the complex is a bit outdated, this unit is renovated and is modern and decorated very nicely.. I would definitely stay again. Just a couple of small inconveniences: Before we arrived I received an email with the door code. However, there is a code to get into the building also and if a resident was not there to help us then that could have been a big problem. Luckily it was not. Also, the towels provided where not enough for two adults for 6 nights. There were only 3 wash clothes, which meant I had to buy detergent and use the building laundry mat (which requires coins) Not a huge deal but not something I wanted to deal with on vacation. Easily avoided with sufficient towels. Again, wonderful views and very comfortable stay in this condo!

This was the best condo we have ever rented.

The shower was perfect and beautiful. The room was very clean and well stocked. Check in and out was very easy. There was no need to visit the renter. Every thing was handled through the key pad on the door. Would rent this one again.

Gorgeous unit!

Perfect, perfect condo! New and clean, every detail top notch. Bed is new and SO comfy. Decor and furnishings beachy, bright and fresh. Location is fabulous! Management, however, is awful. Rude and mostly... not there! Common areas seem neglected and dirty. Tripower is difficult if not impossible to reach, communication poor, response time slow. Refused to put me in touch with owner. No response ever to my request to check out at 11am. This place would be our first choice EVERY year, were management even a bit attentive. It's obvious this condo has been lovingly remodeled by someone with a great deal of integrity. I'm certain they would be disappointed at how their renters are treated.
