Central A/C, blackout curtains, nightstands, and a coffee station add to your convenience and comfort. The attached Master Bathroom features a rejuvenating shower, excellent hot water pressure, and provides one bath and one Personal Towel per person at your disposal. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with fresh linen and a mattress protector, a Smart TV, USB chargers, blackout curtains, central A/C, and a nightstand.



In the fully stocked kitchen, prepare delicious meals with modern appliances including a fridge with a freezer, Ninja Blender, Insta-Pot, oven, 4-stove cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes for 4 people. The adjacent dining area, with seating for four, provides the perfect spot for enjoying meals together or hosting intimate gatherings.



Relax and unwind in the inviting living room of our short-term rental property, where you'll find two comfortable couches that beckon you to sink in and unwind. A functional working desk paired with a chair offers a space for productivity or planning your adventures. Experience comfort and functionality at its finest in our well-appointed living space.



To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.



📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.



Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.



Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
