Beautiful home, close to Boardwalk

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Alex, the host was responsive and quick to solve any issues that arose. We wish there were more towels but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and tried to leave the house as we found it.

Immaculate and family friendly

We had a great stay. There were a few items that needed to be addressed in the very beginning but the management company was incredibly attentive and communicative. This is a great stay for a family - clean and easy. There's ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Don't hesitate!

Excellent Property

Our daughter arrived at the house first and said, "Wow, it looks just like the pictures!" She was correct. The house was furnished well even down to the outdoor grill. We hunted for a bottle of gas for the outdoor grill, found it and we were able to use the grill. The pool and pool deck were very nice with stone tile combined with composite decking. A previous renter must have tried to remove toast from the toaster with it energized causing a kitchen breaker to trip and disabling two receptacles. I called the management, and they had a new toaster and receptacles on in just a couple of hours. I even told them they didn't have to rush with the repair and toaster replacement, but they insisted on getting everything in working order quickly. We would definitely stay at this property in the future!

Absolutely beautiful!!!

The property was absolutely beautiful!! The photos are accurate. The house was spotless, the appliances are up to date and in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable and the pool was clean and enjoyable. The location is perfect - 15-20 walk from the beach. The management company was super responsive to all our requests. We are long time users of VRBO, and this is the best property so far. We highly recommend this property and intend to return.

A great place to all come together that was baby safe!

We had 6 small children staying at the home. The house's layout was ideal: no stairs, fenced in back porch (with a double lock system to stop kids from getting into the pool), kitchen cabinets with no knobs, alarms on all the glass doors leading into the fenced in patio, the pool had a baja shelf the kids could toddle in and the vacation rental company found extra pack n plays and high chairs for the little ones! The trip was perfect!

Nice Place

The house was really nice w/ modern renovation. Everything worked out well but have to complaints. First, there are about 6 signs around the house detailing that "parties are not allowed". This made the vacation house a bit less welcoming. I am sure there have been issues in the past so not a very big deal. Secondly, and more importantly, the fence to the pool needs to be adjusted. My 1 and 3 year old figured out that they could fit between the last post and the wall - and access the pool area. Obviously this is a major concern and adds a ton of liability for the owner/management company. This should be fixed considering the house comes with a high chair and crib - so they expect children to be there. Other than these two concerns, the house was as advertised and very nice.

Great location and space

The home is modern, simple and a great layout. It was perfect for our family dynamic. The pool is gated which was pertinent having 2 little kids. Publix is a 3 min drive away and the beach is a mile walk. There is also a great park not too far from the house that’s walking distance. The house was equipped with everything you’d need for the first few days, having a large family I had to buy some extras. Beds were comfortable, lots of closet space and tvs in all the rooms. Highly recommend.

Beautiful

We loved our stay! The bathtub in the primary suite was HUGE and the pool was perfect for our family. The kitchen is gorgeous, you can really tell the finishes are high end. There are a lot of signs throughout the house reminding us of the rules that felt a little unwelcoming. Otherwise, it was perfect for our week at the beach.

Great House for Family Vacation

We had an amazing time staying at this house for our extended family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean. The location was great. It was a short drive to the beach. The kids loved the pool area. When we did need something from the host, they responded right away and had someone at the house with in a very short time. The only suggestion that we would have would be some more comfortable pool furniture. We look forward to staying in this house again or one of their other rentals!

The house is nice and well layed out. We really liked overall. However we all felt they should have had beach chairs available since they market as close to the beach. Also no reasonably comfortable chairs for around the pool Finally the AC is horribly unbalanced. One room freezes and another is too warm Still would recommend the house. The owner should make these few changes and it would be excellent

Best Home Rental Ever!

My family and I rented this beautiful home to celebrate a birthday and anniversary! Everything was just as described in the listing! Beautiful pool, home very up to date, all rooms large in size and the master bedroom was the bomb! Excellent living space for a party of 10! Washer & dryer as well. Family style dining with 10 seats. Kitchen was beautiful very upscale
