Ocean view/beachfront with balcony on its own private beach (Fort Lauderdale), Very well furnished, 2 queen bed, table with 4 chairs, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, safety box and complementary amenities, including towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, , coffee are provided . The place has a large heated pool, tiki sports bar/ restaurant, pool cabanas available, new five star Italian Restaurant, beauty salon, and much more. The unit has a fantastic ocean view balcony were you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or rest in the afternoon from a busy and sunny beach day. Walking distance to many shopping plazas, restaurants and entertainment. Valet parking $18 per day unlimited in and out, umbrellas and lounges available for rent from hotel, no charge for pool lounges. Coffee shop in lobby. Also you can enjoy with the local activities, such as local free trolley, jets skis, paddleboards, kayaks, bike rentals, dive shops, water taxi, sports bars, nightlife entertainment, fishing pier, deep-see fishing and parasailing, just to mention some.
The property has a SPA and a fitness center. In order to use the fitness center you will need to buy a day pass of $20.
Notice: for those who want to rent during spring break, this is from March until mid of April, be aware that building is going to be with spring breakers.

Clean room; amazing view - closest unit to beach! Nice amenities in the room - make-up towels, toaster, coffeemaker, beach chair. in-room safe, first aid kit. Very responsive host. We walked everywhere and loved the location. Easy to get to shops, restaurants, water taxi. Fresh water cooler by the pool - bring a water bottle. Highly recommend

We had a great girls’ trip and the hotel is beautiful! The Tiki bar was awesome! Great food and drinks! This unit was clean, cute and had everything we needed. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to something out of the owner’s control. There is a very loud HVAC machine close to this unit. We weren’t able to sit on the beautiful balcony and talk much. But we were ok going downstairs to one of the many sitting areas for coffee.

We loved everything about the property The balcony the beach bar The tiki Hut we were there for a short weekend and our host was amazing The place was cleaning and absolutely adorable Love the balcony for beach watching sunrises and sunsets I highly recommend this to anybody that's around. The pool was amazing The ocean was absolutely spectacular The host was incredible having everything there for us many fridge toasters you name it ironing board I am so great to have all these amenities and our fingertips I highly recommend if you're looking for the experience of Fort Lauderdale check this place out we can't stop raving about our stay here

Listing did not indicate the balcony was directly above the blowers to the Tiki Bar kitchen, was very loud!! Some of the outlets in the room did not work, USB ports would be helpful and the AC difficult to regulate a comfortable temperature. Room was clean and stocked well.

Beautiful hotel, everything you need in one place. The balcony view is breathtaking, but blowers ruin the ambiance, you cannot hear the ocean. The refrigerator should be replaced, only keeps drinks at room temperature. Bring cooler to keep drinks cold. Beds are very comfortable. Great communication. 4**** because of the blowers under the balcony :(

Gorgeous view!

The view is gorgeous. This is an older well maintained condo with nice restaurant and large tiki bar at the beach. Very hopping beach when we were there. It was the most affordable beach view we could find in the area- with the unfortunate caveat of huge chillers right below the balcony that leave it useless and very windy. The condo should get rid of those chillers! If view is what you’re after, this is the place. 15 per day valet was nice. Very nice common areas. Easy access to everything. Room a bit kitschy and could use better fridge and coffee but all sufficed.

not what was expected

the room sleeps 4 but you live out of your suitcase there is no place to put your clothes. 4 would be pushing it. there are 2 full size beds. no Kitchen. A condo I expect that. The describe kitchenette is just shelves with a small fridge. microwave and toaster. It's a small room and the bathroom is real small as well. Being there is no kitchen you are forced to eat out everyday. It's expensive. Beach chairs are very expensive as well. I wish she supplied them. There is one but you won't use it. You can't enjoy t outside on the deck. There are 2 very loud exhaust fans down below. I loved the place people are great. Tiki bar is fun, nice pool. nice beach. I'd prefer to pay for a real condo and be on the other side of the building. That would be the south side. This room is on the north side where the fans are located. You can even hear them on the beach. big minus.

Great (small) property at a fun location

I've stayed at Ocean Manor before and love the vibe of the building and location. It's a great laid back place to beach, pool, eat, and drink. We chose this smaller room to keep to our budget, and because it had such a great looking balcony. We had four adults staying in the room and it was a squeeze but we made it work. The room was clean, correspondence from the host was very quick and timely, and we had no major issues. A couple of points though for someone interested in this room. The balcony is huge and has a great view of the sunrise, however there are large exhaust pipes that make constant noise located a few floors below. If you were looking to sit on the balcony and have quiet conversation, this is not the right choice for you. The AC was funny - hard to get the temp dialed in. There were instructions on the wall (which we appreciated), but it was finicky and either too warm or way too cold. Maybe we just couldn't get it right. Despite being a small unit the fridge/freezer/microwave are great to have, and there is a toaster and coffee maker/hot water kettle as well. If you stay - make sure to try the Italian restaurant on the main floor - the food is amazing (but pricey), and of course the Tiki Bar is great fun.

Beachfront getaway

I really enjoyed the ample sunshine and sea breeze in this beachfront studio. The building is in a classic hotel with a couple of restaurants with ample friendly service. The beach access cannot be beat. Also, a pool is on property. Many restaurants are in walking distance. My visit was quiet and restful and exactly what I craved. If you need glitzy high end accommodations go someplace else. This place is about the view, rest, and tiki bar joy.
