This spacious house was perfect for our sisters/cousins reunion! It has an open concept with central kitchen surrounded by livingroom/dining/pool table, with views of the patio, swimming pool, & canal. We cooked & grilled delicious meals (the seafood from a local market was fantastic), dined inside & outside, swam in the warm saltwater pool, kayaked, paddle boarded, played ping pong, pool, & scrabble, relaxed on the patio enjoying the water view, and had movie night on the livingroom huge screen TV. We visited nearby attractions including a farmers market, nature center with aquariums, & beautiful ocean beaches. The host responded quickly when we had a question, and was wonderfully accommodating. We loved our stay!

The location of the home was very convenient to all the main roadways. Although it's located right off a main road, there was very little traffic noise. The backyard is great, spacious and feels very private. The solar heated pool is wonderful, and we loved that the backyard was right next to the canal. Communication was very thorough by the owner. They were quick to answer any questions I had before and during our stay. The property had many great amenities and was very nicely decorated. We loved the old school games on the arcade machine, as well as the pool table! You can tell the owners take pride in their property. Another plus was that there was plenty of room in the house for the four of us. No one felt cramped at all. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely book another stay here!

When we pulled up to the house, it looked small. However, upon entry we found a beautiful place for our annual reunion with friends. The kitchen was well appointed, and the five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were clean and neat. We enjoyed the large dining table, the pool table, and the game room. The laundry access was great! The only issue was the pool due to the windy conditions; it was hard to keep up with the leaves. However, the pool cleaner did come by while we were there. The grill was usable, but we mostly cooked indoors or went out to eat. The equipment available was good, but unfortunately there was not a proper kayak paddle. It was lovely to sit by the pool and the canal. If we come back next year, we would rent again. PBJ and friends

Florida Vibes & the Comforts of Home!

My family and I enjoyed a week-long stay at this wonderful home. It had everything we had hoped for to escape the wintery cold weather at home. The interior layout worked well for our three teens, mother and husband and I. Whether enjoying quiet moments alone or sitting down for a meal or board game, the house had it all. We spent a lot of time outside by the pool soaking up the Florida sunshine and also enjoying peace by the canal. The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfasts each morning. The highlights were the ping pong table, billiards table and the dual recliners in the living room! The owners were friendly, reachable and very hospitable! The house is 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. There is an amazing all-you-can-eat sushi place 5 minutes away that was fantastic (wen went twice). It's also about 10-15 minutes to the beach (and the house comes equipped with all the gear you would need so you don't have to worry about renting). Overall, this is a great spot to spend a relaxing time in Florida with all of the creature comforts of home. We would highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous 5-bedroom home in Pompano Beach! The property offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience, making it ideal for families of all sizes and all ages.The layout of the home is thoughtfully designed, with spacious bedrooms that provide plenty of privacy and comfort for everyone. Each room is beautifully decorated and equipped with cozy beds, ensuring a restful stay. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering, and the game room quickly became a favorite hangout spot with its pool table and entertainment options.The outdoor space is an absolute highlight. The backyard features a stunning view of the canal, creating a serene atmosphere for morning coffee or evening relaxation. There’s plenty of seating, a dining area, and space for outdoor activities, making it perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool, maybe next time!The location of this home couldn’t be better. It’s just a short drive to the beach, where we enjoyed the sand, surf, and sunshine. There are also numerous restaurants and shopping options nearby, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant local scene. For those traveling, the convenience of being close to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport was a huge plus. Additionally, the nearby Brightline bullet train station make it easy to explore other parts of South Florida without hassle if you wish. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fun Beach Getaway

We enjoyed staying in Pompano Beach for the week of Thanksgiving! Our older teens really enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. There were 5 of us and the house was the perfect size for everyone to have their own room.

Amazing Trip

Came down for work with a crew of 6 guys! We loved the home! Guys loved it that they could get off work and go fishing right off the dock! Home Owner is amazing very helpful in fact we loved it so much we are coming back next week!

Spring Break

We had 2 families with 5 kids that stayed for a week, and the house was everything we had hoped for!!! They provide you with everything you need for your stay and then some (towels, beach supplies you name it they had!) The paddle boards and kayak were a big hit for our families and loved having the canal to go right out in!!! We were able to see a manatee one of the days and lots of iguanas!!!! Our kids were never bored and the adults had just as much fun!!! Game room was perfect for all to enjoy! Location was amazing, you could enjoy the pool if you wanted or you had 3 different beaches to make a choice from, and we enjoyed all 3 locations! Lauderdale by the Sea was the most popular with lots of restaurants and some shops, but a great atmosphere! John and Monika have a beautiful place and if we had any questions they were very easy to get ahold of! Highly recommend this place and hoping to be back again!!!! Thank you for a great stay John and Monika!

Our stay in Pompano Beach was Pure Perfection

Immaculate: the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, bedding, furniture, pool....all immaculate Outdoor Space: we could not bring ourselves to go indoors... the fabulous salt water pool, the outdoor dining, the deck furniture in sun and shade and the dock on the canal, plus trying your skills at ping pong, the kayak and paddle boards kept us outdoors most of the time Manatee Visit: we were amazed, delighted, and humbled when three manatees visited the dock area one afternoon Indoor Space: there were nine of us, our group could have been larger, and still there was room to spread out, to rest, read, cook, do puzzles, play video games, shoot pool, and of course sleep in wonderful beds Close to everything: close to the beach and pier, groceries, restaurants Hard to leave: it was really hard to fly back to Texas and Massachusetts...really really hard. John was phenomenal, answered any questions and truly wanted us to have a perfect time in his home...and we did!

Great vacation property

The home is set up with everything you could need to enjoy your stay including linens, towels, beach towels, beach/pool items, fishing rods, paddle boards, kayak; and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs including a great grill out back. Clean and well maintained. John and Monika are wonderful hosts and make sure you have everything you need. The outdoor area is awesome for stay-at-home days around the pool and is comfortably lit for the stay-at-home nights. The interior of house is very comfortable for stay-in days or nights with pool table, game room, and lots of TVs. Conveniently located with stores/restaurants within walking or short drive distance. Highly recommend this property and hosts.

Great Home and Neighborhood

This is a perfect vacation spot. The owners have made it so that you don't have to leave the house to have a good time. We booked this for Thanksgiving gathering and it worked out very well for us. The number of bedrooms was just right and the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet neighborhood was a plus. We are looking forward to going back for another visit.

Pompano paradise for sure

Great accommodation for 4 adult couples. No lack of seating inside nor around the pool. Lots of Sun and shade options. Dock on canal was amazing for fishing. Had a giant manatee come in one afternoon eating floating grasses! Love the decor along the fencing, makes it feel like home. So many dining options, but also bbq poolside.
