The Islamorada Villa of Coral Ridge County Club has just completed a renovation with new exterior, privacy courtyard, covered outdoor living spaces, SHARED pool (with Adjacent 2bed villa) landscaping, outdoor lighting, new PGT windows and doors, new kitchen and furnishings. The villa is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, coffee machines, seasonings, beach towels, beach cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pack and play , high chairs and anything you may need upon arrival. Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit !

You would be renting ONE of the 2 villas that SHARES a pool. Each villa has assigned end of the pool and DOES not share any furniture. Each has their own furniture, Gazebo shady area , bbq grill and outdoor dining area.

The Villas ( the identical layout Villas Islamorada & Key Largo as they are called) are located in beautiful and quiet Coral Ridge Country Club, an upscale residential neighborhood east of US1 and is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and grocery stores.

Villa is only 1/2 mile from the intercoastal waterway and 1 mile to the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The master and guest bathrooms were renovated with new travertine walk in showers with glass doors and new granite lavatories. The kitchen was also updated with all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, cabinets and glass tile backsplash and under counter lighting. The furnishing are new and include all rooms include new electronics.

The outdoor patio includes tropical landscaping & accent night lighting for evening entertaining.

Lots of outdoor activities are nearby : daily snorkel and scuba dive trips, charter fishing boats, party fishing boats, public fishing pier, jet skis and boat rentals, gambling cruises or drive to Everglades for air-boat and swamp buggy rides, Indian reservations, alligator farms, nature trails, kayaking, fishing, bird watching.

Shopping: The Coral Ridge Mall is less than a 5 minute walk and the mall shops includes Target, Publix, Movie Theater, TJMaxx and other shops.

The Galleria Mall and The Shops on Las Olas are a 5-10 minute drive. Other shopping includes Sawgrass Mills outlet mall and the world's largest outdoor flea market known as the Swap Shop should not be missed.

Other activities include the Broward Performing Arts Center, Discovery museum, Art museum, and IMAX theater. Night life includes many wonderful and restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. And it’s 30 min ride to Messi Soccer games !
