Très bien situé la piscine et la vue sur le toit était magnifique très sécuritaire, la grandeur pour 5 personnes c’est parfait , grand balcon, bon service de notre hôte, la plus grande déception a été l’entretien de la chambre, il faut absolument repeindre les murs, pour un immeuble récent ce n’est pas acceptable à mon avis.

Room was just as described and views were amazing!!! Loved watching the boats and the sunset on the intracoastal. Great coffee shop on ground floor, perfect room for our family that allowed preparing some food, and super close to beach and restaurants. We had a great stay.

It was a little hard to find where to check in as it was a different hotel you use but the place was gorgeous. The rooftop restaurant was so beautiful we went almost every day. It was super clean but they actually came in and cleaned for us after I mentioned it.

Moms/daughters weekend

A beautiful apartment so close to the beach and fun boardwalk of Hollywood. Lots of restaurants, ice cream, bars within walking distance and a quick car ride to other nice southern Florida areas like Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The rooftop was AMAZING! Would definitely stay again and hope for better weather! My only complaint would be the difficulty using the kitchen appliances, and that we needed more furniture on the terraces. . We had a great weekend bonding with our daughters.

Great Spot!!

We love Hollywood beach, this is a very nice condo, great pool........only d, drawback was there wasn't very many cooking utensils and need more towels. The front desk was very accomodating to change out towels. I would definitely rent here again.

Nice place for Spring Break!!!

Great week with the boys for Spring Break! Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but they gave us complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar. Text message service from Stay Sol was prompt and helpful as well. You are so close to the beach and the two provided beach chairs every day was very convenient. Overall a great stay and would definitely reccommend!

We LOVED the location, property was great walking distance to everything we needed. Lots of restaurants live music on boardwalk nightly was great! Chairs on the beach was 👍🏻 Wish tgeee was a good broom in room mainly so we could sweep the sand we brought back from the beach

Great location!

A two minute walk to Hollywood boardwalk, seven minute walk to Margaritaville., spacious room and communication was easy and fast response back. Only negative is lack of washer and dryer and containers for food preparation and storage. The sleep sodas are for one adult or teenager or two small children. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great Location!

Perfect location for our trip! We were able to walk to everything we needed. We enjoyed time on the beach and utilized the beautiful rooftop pool. Very nice area of the city and always felt safe. The pull out sofas weren’t great but our teenagers didn’t seem to mind. Would have been a little uncomfortable if they had to sleep more than one to a bed. The master bedroom is large and spacious. There was only a half roll of toilet paper for us when we arrived for a four night stay but housekeeping brought some up for us after we requested some more. Stay Sol was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had. Will definitely consider staying again!

Perfect place to stay right off the Hollywood Broadwalk

The best thing about this property was the location. Once you walked out of the building you can literally count 30 seconds and you were on the beach. The place was clean, had a great balcony, garage parking, and a rooftop pool. It is close to everything. You have the Broadwalk on the oceanside and on the other side of the building is the bay side with great restaurants. The only downside to our stay was not having any housekeeping or on-site maintenance. When you arrive your advised of this and you think it's ok and you'll manage until you need something or something breaks. The property is for 6. We were a family of 5 and the sleeping arrangements were a little uncomfortable. The sleeper sofas are only for one to sleep comfortably. I had my daughter in one and my two boys, each being 6' tall, in the other. We managed and dealt with it. You only have a limited number of towels, so you want to bring your own as there is no laundry service in the building and no housekeeping services either. It was difficult getting the family to remember to not throw towels on the floor and to hang them up. We constantly had wet towels on the kitchen chairs. 1 towel per person for 5 days was ridiculous. You have to reach out to the property manager and wait to hear back from them. The shade in the bedroom came off the track and made it difficult to open the balcony door. Knowing there was no maintenance that we could call or that we would have to wait for the property manager to do something, we got creative and moved the dresser and put a kitchen chair on it for my husband to climb up and reach the shade to put it back on the track. If you are not handy and would not know how to be creative as we were you will be stuck and will have to wait for assistance. All in all it was a great stay. Great food on the Broadwalk and great stays on the beach.
