We provide a starter supply of essentials (toiletries, paper products, soaps). Guests are responsible for replenishing during longer stays.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: after 4:00 PM

Check-out: by 10:00 AM
(Late check-out without approval will incur a full night charge, deducted from the security deposit.)

Respect the Space

No parties or events allowed.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

No smoking inside the property. A $300 fee applies, and the stay will be terminated without refund.

Excessive noise or disruptive behavior that requires police involvement will result in a $250 penalty and dismissal without refund.

Cleanliness and Trash

Do not leave trash outside the entrance. A $100 fee applies.

Once bins are full, please use the large trash cans at the building entrance.

Please do not flush trash, wipes, or paper towels—use the provided bins.

Property Care

Any damage to the unit or common areas will be charged proportionally to your booking account.

At checkout, please:

Turn off lights, water, and stove/gas

Lock all doors

Air Conditioning

Please turn off the AC when doors/windows are open to prevent it from freezing and shutting down.
