« This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience »

« Such a great, different, non-hotel feeling option to stumble upon when I was in Portland, Maine. GREAT location. Feels much more boutique hotel like, quaint, way more appeal than a big "chain" hotel. I would want to book for more than a week to be able to use kitchen and flexibility of apartment-like feel. »

« Très bel hôtel mais beaucoup de lacunes au niveau des chambres. Pas de verres dans la chambre, peu de rangement et surtout, service de nettoyage au deux jours. Donc pas de bouteille d’eau mais on peut pas boire car pas de verre et pas de café dans la chambre pour le séjour complet. Assez défaillant. Le personnel très courtois cependant et Christopher au bar est vraiment super! »
