'We needed a place for one night as hop to Death Valley. We could not have picked a nicer place. This motel is so well decorated and comfortable. It was not my taste but done so well that it didn't matter. It just embraces you like a warm cardigan. This was also because of the very friendly manager. It is a bit "out of town" but just across the street is a good place, Riverkern General Store" to have a meal, breakfast and where you can get almost everything.'

'We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this cute, very clean,updated motel. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and beautifully updated. The shower was huge! The bed was comfortable, and the room had a Keurig with coffee pods and biscotti. The grounds are well taken care of and clean. The pool was lovely. I really liked the older feel of the property. The sign states the property originated in 1955. It has a lot of charm and I really liked the character of the place. There...
