Blokhutten in Prescott National Forest

'Beautiful little cabin perfect for two people! The view was just perfect for waking up to every morning. We spent quite a lot of time just sitting on the back porch or down by the creek bed. Wildlife was always visible. Short distance into town with a very nice general store, mercantile, and three restaurant/bars. Highly recommended!'

'Everything was good until the morning of check out. The room cleaner showed up before we had even checked out.'

'We had a wonderful stay here! It was clean and modern and tucked away enough to see wildlife while still being close enough to town for us to visit our family. We definitely would choose to stay here again. '

'The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel.'

'Unique and my grandson really liked it. Not easy to get into or out of. Insufficient handrails. No instructions on managing A/C so it took us a while to even find it. Had basic amenities. Good location.'

'This was our 3rd time staying at Elk Crossing and per usual, everything was fantastic! They have everything you might need. The house is always clean and the owners are friendly and kind. We will be back!'
