'Was nice clean, close to town also we were hunting the snow storm , since was our first seeing it , as Costa Ricans that is a place than , small adventures’ families should try also Berizona is just 5 minutes away and people in Williams’s tent en is very welcoming. '

'Property was great overall. It was located in a great place for easy access to all things including Grand Canyon, Bearizona and other scenic areas. Flight got delayed and arrived later than expected, but they made check in work. The only downside was not knowing the later until I called, so may have been out of luck if I just showed up.'

'So, this is kind of neat but not great. The room/cabin which was a room and a bathroom was tiny. Literally can’t walk on one side of the bed. No storage or places to put anything. Also, absolutely zero sound deadening between the adjoining cabin. Which was never mentioned in the add. Like we can hear someone open a bag of chips. Not worth the price. '

'The property was nice and fairly clean however the sink was stopped up, removed the stopper cap to find the sink full of crud. Reported this to the front desk and was given a lesson on how to operate the stopper! Informed the front desk that i was aware of how sinks work and was told it would be taken care of... it was not. The room shared a wall with another room with a locked door. A family stayed next door and was extremely loud and disrespectful walking us up at 0500 in the morning, stinking...

'The property was modern and very clean. The house design is very comfortable. We would stay here again during a future trip. The only inconveniences were the lack of dish soap for washing dishes, and the HVAC system did not respond quickly enough to thermostat adjustments. Furthermore, one neighbor was playing loud music late during one evening. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay. '

'Well…we were only given one towel per person for 5 days. We could request more but they don’t respond to texts. We reached out to host via text per their request to speak to them about some issues we had and wanted to address but never received any communication from the host. So although it was clean and met our basic needs, for the price point I expected better communication.'

"Hotel ligt op een steenworp afstand van de ingang van de GC South. Groot hotel met een prima(niet goedkoop) restaurant met ook een goed en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt( is een aanrader). Kamers zijn groot en voorzien van alle gemakken, inclusief koelkast/magnetron en koffie apparaat. Badkamer is erg klein maar voldoet. Wel erg stoffig in de kamer, vooral op randjes achter de deur van de badkamer was al lang niemand meer geweest om schoon te maken."
