« The property was comfortable for the most part. Clean, comfortable beds, furniture. Air conditioning worked great. Kitchen was good though we only used the refrigerator. Overall the place is in need of updating, I.e. chipped/missing patch of flooring; loose and poor plumbing including bathroom sink not draining well. The bathtub/shower were poor. « What an absolutely magical stay! My husband and I did not want to leave this peaceful, quiet, cozy cabin. Sitting outside listening to the water feature while watching the hummingbirds with the company of Pearl the peacock was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. Gorgeous private red rock views just a very short hike away was icing on the cake! »

« This has undoubtedly been my best Vrbo experience to date. The host was easy and quick to communicate with. They provided a well appointed home overall, including the kitchen space which is sometimes rare. The views of the red rock from the deck are so nice to wake up to every morning. It was also located in a quiet, well manicured and friendly neighborhood. 10/10 will stay here anytime I’m in the Sedona area. »

« The place was clean and nice. Wish there were too sheets on the bed but our main issue was with the towels. Most of them were hard and crunchy. When we reached out to our contact regarding this they should have brought us fresh towels. Instead we used the towels for the hot tub. The issue with the towels may have come from the fact you are to put all your towels in the washer and start it before you leave. The washer is way too small for this. Has everything for a great base to explore the region and all the national monuments in the area. Very good communication and has everything needed for a stay.
