'I'm going to preface this by saying that I've worked in hospitality for 16 years and am extremely lenient and understanding. This is probably the first 1 star review I've ever given. I booked a room for 4 nights through expedia. We arrived relatively late and tired after driving all day, so didn't get a great look at the room before passing out. The next morning, we noticed that everything in there was gross and sticky. It took looking at the bottom of my son's feet, who had been walking around...

'Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in awhile. Crispy bacon , eggs, biscuits , gravy , oj and get this … they make the waffles for you and it is not the batter with water … it is batter with eggs and butter !'

'Very nice clean motel. It’s easy to drive to and from too. They are very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.'

'Fire $100 a night I expected a more. The fridge didn't work, there was a huge hair ball in the tub they prevented it from draining. You could hear everything outside.'

'The property is a one star property at the best. It should not be on Expedia. There is a reason they do not place a picture of the exterior. If they had I would not of entertained the thought of staying. The sheets were stained, there were energy drink cans in the room trash can, the bath sink did not drain and the bed was extremely hard. The ac, microwave and frig were new.'

'The owner, front desk staff, and housekeeping staff were great! We had a very pleasant experience staying in Mc Kenzie, TN. We'll definitely stay here on our next trip.'
