'The owner/manager was out of town and not accepting reservations, but through some internet mistake I was able to book a room anyway. I called them when I got there and they were super accommodating, letting me into the office remotely and checking myself in. How kind of them! The room looked recently remodeled. 'This hotel only has 25 rooms, so it is quiet and is right on the Sheboygan River. There are multiple areas to sit outdoors and enjoy the serenity of the river. The walkability is nice to the 8th Avenue District for restaurants, shopping, the library, etc. The owner works at the desk so everything is always in order. The rooms are very spacious and well kept. Highly recommend! '
