'This is not a 1 bdrm it's more a studio. If you want to have a meal you will have to eat outside. The patio area was a disarray so we had to sweep and clean that area to use it to eat our meals the last full day there someone came in using a key stating they thought we were leaving due to a mix up by VRBO. I'm glad someone was there because there were valuables inside. At that time I told them our check out was not until tomorrow at 11am but yet she still came knocking on the door in the morning...

'Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. 'We were dropping my son off at college from out of state and out family of 5 came out for the occasion. Sonny’s place was perfectly located and accommodated everyone comfortably. Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana.'
