'Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price.'

'This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My family just stayed one night and there were five of us. They brought an extra cot into the room so the five of us could fit. I had three teenagers. It was a little tight but for one night it was perfect. We used the pool and hot tub. Very clean. The toilet seats could be heated. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay there again.'

'The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel and room were clean and maintained. We booked a suite with a “full kitchen” knowing the hotel did not have breakfast offered. We travel with grandkids and planned breakfast and lunch in the room. While the kitchen did have a full size refrigerator, microwave, cook top and sink, dishes and pans had to be requested from the front desk. The suit sleeps 8, however, the dishes are a service for 4. 'Such a wonderful hotel and staff. Highlights were Pam at the breakfast buffet - 100000 watt smile and absolutely marvelous in every way. Everything was outstanding as well!!'

'The water slide attraction is a false advertisement. Open very limited hours. Not worth paying a premium of staying there because very limited accessibility. They charge you for parking without confirming you actually parked a car. Breakfast was limited and not what you would expect for what you pay. Missoula has plenty of hotels and won't stay there again.'

'It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was.'
