I went through expedia for a room. The room was not available when i arrived due to reserving late. I purchased the expedia insurance to recieve a refund. I paid 163 for the room with taxes and fees. I recieved 0$ back. I am extremely unhappy with expedia and the way their system doesnt not offer convient ways to get answers. I dont want your bot. I want my money back. The hotel never contacted me about this issue until I reached out. However, It was 7 days after the reservation I finally got a call back from the GM. Front desk was very kind. What I am assuming who was the front desk manager was decent and helpful.
