Flats in Folly Beach

'Came down for a long weekend to celebrate my husband and daughter’s birthdays. My son is a Knob at the citadel and just happened they were able to get day leave on Saturday and Sunday. This was a great place for my son and a few other cadets that live out of state to come and relax for the day. One young man is from Iowa, and this was the first time he had ever been to the beach!! This house was perfect. Thank you!!'

'Perfect condo for your family or friends. Ocean view even though its across the street. My only complaint is in the pictures it shows a hot tub near the pool which i was looking forward to since i have back pain. The condo is fully stocked and ill be staying her again and again. '

'This unit was fantastic! Great location right across the street from the beach, one block from terrific bar and restaurant and two blocks from Center St. Unit was well appointed and had a very large deck looking at the ocean. Unit was well appointed and included an elevator as well. Mgt company great to work with, good communication. We will def be back!'

'Linda was so amazing and help from booking to departure! She responded quickly and gave us all the details we need to make our stay amazing. The condo was decorated so cute! You could tell she invested time to make it homey and beautiful with all the nautical decor and personal touches. There was nothing we went without as she had everything we needed (even down to the beach chairs we all forgot)! The complex was super nice and secure. Being on the sound was so peaceful, but also only 5 minutes...

'The location of the property is what sets it apart. It is directly on the beach with its own walkway. Everything you need during your stay at Folly Beach is within a 5 minute walk. The place itself could have some improvements - more kitchen/house essentials, better bedding, additional seating in the living area.'

'I recently stayed at COV316, it was a bright beachy unit with everything you need for a great beach visit. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony watching the sky, listening to the ocean. '

'We had a great stay. The condo was easy to find, right across from the pool which was large and never crowded. Loved the double porches and saw multiple dolphins every day! Downside: the living room furniture was extremely worn out. We had chose that specific unit for the extra sleeping room with the pull out couch. All of the living room seating needs replaced. Other than that,we had a great time!'

'We loved the location!!!! That was the best part! Above us were people with children and there was stomping all day and evening, even the adults. We were woke up at 6 am one morning to jack hammering, then some kind of machinery. There was limited kitchen needs, like dish cloths, pans, etc. We experienced a water leak from 2 lights, one worse than the other on Friday evening. I contacted the company that takes care of the property and was told they would call me back in a few minutes. I did not...
