Villa's in Southwest Coast Florida

'Great property and the host was quick to communicate and accommodate our needs. There was an issue with Vrbo not sending us the check-info but the host followed up quickly. Only issue was previous people had left a lot of trash. Outside trash cans completely full and it created an unpleasant odor outside by the pool. But again host accommodated us and would rent from them again.'

'The house is amazing and and the location is close to beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. The layout of the house perfect and worked for all of our family. The only thing we had some problems with is the house was not stocked well, 4 towels for 6 people did not work well, also the master bathroom had ants everywhere and the shower still had hair in it. The TV on the patio kept shutting off after 4 minutes.The Air-conditioning went out as well while we were there (not their fault) but...

'Sympathiek mensen bij de checkin, maar jongens.. dit is echt wel erg, erg verouderd. Totaal verroeste airconditioning, frigo, kranen van de badkamer en keuken. Op zich was het wel proper, maar een nieuwe update zou toch welkom zijn. Omgeving is wel natuurlijk geweldig, met uitzicht op de rivier.'

'We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.'

'This property is a great place to stay!!! The house is clean , organized and beautifully decorated and lots to do for everyone in the family. Had one little concern and the host took care of it immediately. Karen goes above and beyond in communication and hosting for her guests. She provided a beautiful tray of snacks for my grandkids and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Lots of pool items- lifejackets, beach chairs and beach toys and Herman who does boat tours is an outstanding tour guide!...

'We loved this location- everything was a vibe! Laid back and exactly what you need to rejuvenate.. Very clean, loved the aesthetic and the beach is but a few steps away! Heather is an excellent host and most of what you need for the beach is already here and available for use.. We def will be returning.. Perfect spot to catch the sunset - thank you for everything!'

'The only issue was the check in. Didn’t receive any notification on the code to enter the door. I reached out to owner and he replied immediately. The person that was supposed to provide only did so when I was settled in. '

'This house is plenty of everything you need!!! We enjoy our vacations, and pretty recommend it! We would like more illumination in pool area at night. Near Bonita beach. White sands, warm water, wonderful time at the beach. Thanks Susanne and Sigi! We ‘ll definitely go back next year!!!'

'No shops semi detach house other side also vacation rental not disclosed outside no yard maintenance in the month we were there just weeds no code for garage minimal linens and kitchen suppliers no cleaning tools like broom vacuum or mop and pail. Poor condition of pots not keeping up inventory on cutlery and other items only one couch but says 6 can sleep there but no where to sit no chai’s no table judy wobbly bar stools at kitchen counter this place not set up for longer term rentals listing...
