'I stayed at Saddlebrook Resort from May 27th to May 30th my experience was extremely disappointing. My first room (147) had live and dead insects, a dirty bathtub, and sticky carpet. I was so upset I told the front desk I planned to post the photos online, but *Samantha* handled the situation professionally, talked me down, and assured me the issues would be addressed and I would be compensated. 'We did not enjoy this hotel as much as we expected. It’s a little older, rundown and needs an update. The rugs in the room did not look clean and looked very old. Also the crowd was not the classiest.'

'Will definitely be back!! This hotel is well worth the price. The wait staff and bartenders are so great. Pool area is gorgeous and you get discounted chair rentals at the beach. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Hotel was overall very quiet, never could hear people in the hall or other balconies. Cannot bet the location!! Was seriously so impressed.'

'Quiet and spacious rooms. Didn't Ike they didn't have many options of places to eat inside the hotel or an place to purchase snacks or drinks inside the hotel. The restaurant was rather pricey. The hotel didn't seem very family oriented whenever there's adults making out in the pool while kids are swimming. Nice hotel but geared more around adults and couples.'
