« Great location! »

« House was clean and offered a fenced back yard for pets. The back yard needed some cleaning up as was full of fire ant piles and some overgrown areas that might be home to snakes. There were no instructions available for us technology challenged folks on internet and TV use. The only "challenging" thing for us was the size of the beds. Listing has it with one queen bed and one full bed. When measured they are both full beds - se we wound up sleeping in separate beds. »

« Pros: good location, private parking, full kitchen, laundry machine, water hose to wash off everything Cons: needs updating, a bigger tv- one tv in living room that’s a 30 inch Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, had a full kitchen to make our meals. The bed was comfy. I just found it to be a bit pricy for how outdated the apartment was. I did message the host before arriving, but never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out! »

« Great location not far from the water. The room was clean and spacious, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the last days of summer. »

« The location is ideal and the decor is cozy and comforting. Its a very small town and easily walkable to everything in Cedar Key from this property. »

« The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise. »

« Nice property in convenient location. No stairs to climb but had late night noisy neighbors in the unit above us. »

« It was very quite and peaceful; I look forward to returning and can highly recommend this property. Of note, there were flashlights everywhere which you rarely see and it was a comforting touch - the area around the house is pretty dark. We felt very safe with neighbors close by (but not too close!) Beds were comfortable, amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen very well stocked with extra supplies in the garage. The entire house was very clean!!! »

« Superb location for the art festival. Nice space. Beautifully decorated. Stairs are a little steep so take your time going up to the bedrooms on top floor and hold on the handrail. The top floor also slants. So if you drank too much you might not even notice it . I would definitely recommend it »

« We loved the apartment. Everything about it was perfect. The amazing tasteful decor, the view, the dolphins. Just wonderful. »

« The property was really very nice and we were very comfortable there. However, we felt a little deceived by the photos as we thought we had a waterfront view and that was not the case. We were also in the dark with check in when we got there thinking there was an office there so we had to message the owner for the code to gain access. »

« The room was cooled by wondow AC and bed/pillows comfortable. It was a holiday weekend, so kids in pool couldn’t use it too mich. The bicycles were not usable (rusty chains & flt tires). Game room was a nice screened sitting area. Parking was outside the unit l. »
