'Quiet spot just steps from the beach. Your needs are covered with a fully equipped kitchen We kept the front door open so we could enjoy the sound of the waves and cool weather. There is an outside sitting area by your front door. Bed was very comfortable. '

'Fabulous location since super close to the university and esp the baseball / softball field. Just .7 mi away. It is an older building but interior is completely updated. Condo was just as advertised; photos represent well. Very clean and stocked w basics. We only cooked breakfast but there is a full set of pots / pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, etc. shower was great and stocked w soap, shampoo, conditioner. PIllows are a little soft. Bed is kinda tall as it has a full box / top mattress but...

'The property was eady to find, provided a great get away, totally private and relaxing, yet only 15 minutes to downtown High Springs. It was pet friendly which meant a lot to us. Highly recommend for a getaway and to unwind.'
