« Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back! »

The owner was incredibly responsive and informative, even offering access to extra amenities not listed in the description—like the two-person kayak and a Blackstone grill, which was a great bonus for meals. The place itself was spotless, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable.While fridge space and indoor cooking options are limited, it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t plan to cook much—and the Blackstone more than made up for it! The neighborhood is peaceful...

« We really enjoyed our stay here. The "cabin" was very clean and comfortable. Dona was very friendly and hosted us for a tour of her rescue animals. Close to Dade City if you need to make a trip to the grocery store or local restaurants, but still out in the countryside where it's quiet. Would definitely book again. »

We enjoyed watching dolphins all day, from Two viewing decks.We really liked the privacy and quiet.Everything was so close, bikes are provided.We took the golf cart tour with Ryan. A must!! We learned about this amazing place and the best spots to shop and eat.The little beach was steps away.Very friendly town, owners were very welcoming and responsive. Beds were super comfortable. »

« Drove down from Massachusetts, wasn't sure what time I'd get in, but didn't matter because check in was super easy and convenient! I am 6'5 and I still fit in the camper! The property was neat to check out, all the little touches that made it fun to explore. The cleanliness of the whole "campsite" was great, the temperature was great inside the camper amd honestly was perfect for my 2 noght stay! »
