Front door access entry difficult. Must use key. Keypad don’t work. Deadbolt jammed. House shifted. I could not unlock or open front door somedays. Must lift door up and take weight off deadbolt. Front door is the only key access to get in/out of house. Back door locks from inside with the deadbolt only. Back door handle doesn’t...

'Property never read or replied to my massage and I continent feel comfortable checking in at the property late without speaking to somebody and I did inform the property that if I needed to check in by a certain time that I can take an uber up there to do so, but I just never heard back. And it is not stated when you're making a reservation hat you can check in after 4pm but before 1130 pm if I would have known that when booking it, I wouldn't have booked it'

'The property is in an excellent location! I was a woman traveling alone and felt safe, even with a back entrance. The property is old, so everything is old including the mattress and pillows, towels and whatever is in the kitchen. Bring your own coffee (drip) and pillows! I ate out or grabbed a prepared meal from HEB but if you eat there, keep in mind, only 3 forks and 3 small chairs. I probably won’t rent there again but the price definitely reflected the environment so it felt ok for a couple...

'House was amazing. Close to the Boeing Tech Center and Frost Bank. Backyard was huge, we used the big table in the yard weather was a little chilly for the pool but the next time we stay in San Antonio we’ll be staying here. Highly recommend this home! Communication was great, check in check out instructions very easy and they left the lights on for us as we checked in late. Very happy all the way around. '
