Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel à l'écoute et réactif. D'abord installés en chambre 208, nous avons été dérangés pendant la nuit par des bruits de canalisation. Je l'ai signalé le lendemain à la réception qui a pris toutes les dispositions pour un changement de chambre. Notre nouvelle chambre etait côté jardin. Tout était parfait au calme.

Vraiment parfait... excellent emplacement, services irréprochables, hôtel refait avec goût... excellent est un minimum Service bistrot parfait on a quasi fait la carte... Merci tout particulier au serveur très professionnel et à l’écoute Merci aux hôtesses qui parlent français couramment Spa génial et service de message parfait... Bref un 22/20...

Week-end parfait!
Week-end sans faute dans ce boutique-hôtel situé derrière la gare à 10-15 min du centre historique de Florence. Hôtel récent, design moderne, personnel très sympathique et petit-déjeuner savoureux. Possibilité de parking à proximité de l'hôtel avec voiturier payant (un peu cher mais c'est habituel dans le centre de Florence. Faute de temps nous n'avons eu le temps de tester le SPA.
