The 160 m² property consists of a living room, two kitchens, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated home office workspace, four smart TVs with streaming services, air conditioning, two washers and a dryer

Near the apartment, there are stores, markets, bars, and restaurants, while a convenient supermarket is around the corner.

A paid parking lot is about 100 m away, while the bus stop is right in front of the property. This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and parties are not permitted. Guests are required to observe quiet hours during their stay (no noise from midnight to 8 a.m.). The facility offers two fully equipped kitchens. A chauffeured shuttle service can be arranged for transfers from the airport or station upon request. We have a special agreement with them, so please inform the parking staff that you are staying at "Bella Benci Apartment" to benefit from the arrangement. Alternatively, public outdoor paid parking is available along the Arno River, with parking meters located on both the Lungarno della Zecca and Lungarno Serristori sides, about 200 meters from the apartment.
