« Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for?? »

« I was surprised that there was not a "kitchenette" I have never stayed in a vacation rental without one. Similar set up to a motel/dorm room. It was very clean, booking was easy, entering the property not as easy, ensure you are staying with someone to open/close the gate as you drive in and out. The heater was not a good option for sleeping, very bright light while its running but too cold in early February to sleep without it on. »
