'My husband, adult and teen sons, and I decided on a quick getaway to Door County at the end of July 2025. We saw this property was available for the days we needed, and we were happy with its location between Carlsville and Egg Harbor (plus private and quiet) but has easy access to everything. The property is quiet, extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. 'This was a wonderful place for our family with young children to stay on our trip. The hosts anticipated every need- step stools, baby gate, shampoos, lamps for getting around at night, board games, campfire supplies, and even a radio! We enjoyed our stay and loved that it was so close to everything in Door County to explore all the towns. The hammock was a great way to spend the morning and the reading nook was a great place for bedtime stories. Would recommend to anyone!'

'We all had a wonderful time, it is in a great location. Perfect place to relax! We had two older teen boys with us and even they had a great time! They lived in the kayaks, they fished from them and also from the dock. We all enjoyed the game room and yard games. The coffee bar was a nice little perk, especially on the chilly mornings. My husband and I took a bike ride around the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We would absolutely recommend the Lake Haus!'

'Checkin and checkout process very simple.Very Clean! Beautiful home set privately in woods. Kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials to prepare nice family meals.Suggestions:Living Room does not have adequate comfortable seating for the amount of guests allowed. Only seats 4. (Couch and arm chair)—Limited mirrors.
