'The bathroom was full of hair from the previous guests. Also one of the days we were in the bathroom taking and about to take a shower when housekeeping came by (wihthout warning or having let us know when that would be); when we asked if they can come back to the room 15 min later they refused and we at least asked for some fresh towels! 'Voor een familie kamer voor 4 verwacht je wel een beetje bewegingsruimte. Het tafeltje was eigenlijk teveel toen de slaapbank als bed dienst moest doen. 4 sterren is overrated. Misschien door alles wat ze aanbieden maar de kamer zeker niet. Simpel en schreeuwend duur. Ontbijt is gemiddeld. Ik heb heel vaak beters gehad en zeker geen ruim €400 per nacht waard.'
