Kastelen in Ferrière-sur-Beaulieu

'Such a tranquil and beautiful place. We had the best night’s sleep for ages because the cave was cool and the air was kept humid to protect the stone. Céline and Stève were lovely - so welcoming. Stève gave us the fascinating history of the place and in the morning Céline had prepared the most delicious home-made breakfast which we ate in the peaceful pretty garden courtyard in front of our cave. Les Troglos is a gem and our stresses melted away.'

Petit déjeuner compris bien copieux, tartinable maison. Adresse à conserver. Merci aux Hôtes '

'Net hotel en keurig schoon'

'This accommodation is set in a beautiful and peaceful area, close to picturesque villages of the loire valley Fresh homemade breakfast also included local farm produce, very nice. The hosts were very welcoming and the room was spacious and comfortable.'

'positief: vriendelijke gastvrouw/ verzorgd ontbijt. negatief: afstandelijke gastheer/zwembad niet toegankelijk/restaurant gesloten.'

'Our stay in the farmhouse was wonderful. We got up with the song of birds and got asleep with the sound of frogs having a good time. There is a lot to see in the neighbourhood. Not only castles, but also very beautiful nature, beautiful villages and more. The people were very friendly and they always wanted to help us if needed.Laurent was very, very kind. we want to thank him for his hospitality! Annelies and Peter.'

'Accueil soigné, petit déjeuner complet, climatisation discrète'

'My wife and I enjoyed our 5 night stay in Poignardiere so much! Lovely place, beautiful garden with impressive trees and fine swimmingpool. Excellent service, such nice owners! We will sure come back! Hans and Marlou from NL.'

'This place is wonderful. The hosts are so kind. They met us at the front of the hotel. We stayed a wonderful room and had a bottle of wine and pate’ in the garden. Prices were so reasonable. I would go there again and again. Tell them we said hello if you go by. So close to so many wonderful things. Make sure you go down by the river. It is so serene. We had a fabulous time.'
