« It's a lovely remote location, quiet but close enough to the village and the beach. The contact with the owner is great, he really took care for us, so we would enjoy the holiday even more. We were with a party of 5 adults and a big dog, and none of us has something to complain about. It was just super! »

« Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.Der Weg zum Strand war in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es noch schneller, mehrere kostenlose Strände sind gut erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsläden sind in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Stadt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr schöner Ort um mal abzuschalten, kein Ort für Partys. Civitanova...

« Nous sommes restés 2 semaines. Tout en étant à la campagne, l'emplacement est idéal pour les plages, les restaurants, les visites de la région des Marches . L'habitation est entièrement sécurisée y compris pour les véhicules et malgré la chaleur, la brise marine et les ventilateurs mis à disposition ont largement suffit. La propriétaire est de très bon conseil concernant les restaurants et alimentation local. La piscine est tous les jours. impeccable et très agréable ; la vue est superbe. »

« Nice property in a calm location but only a few minutes from the sea-side. The owners were very welcoming and available to deal with all sorts of questions. They give many tips on good places to find local markets, beaches, fish restaurants, very affordable shoes,... They also organise a service to deliver fresh bread in the morning. Good sized pool and 1.2m depth throughout, making it ideal for kids. Only weak points were the variability of the wifi and the living / kitchen area of apartment H...

« Maison agréable avec un jardin très bien arrangé. Propriétaire aux petits soins qui habite la maison contiguë. Un salon et deux chambres, une cuisine avec un équipement de base. Très proche de Sarnano (joli) et de la montagne. A 45 min de jolies villes et de la mer. »

« La propriété était très propre et très jolie, la piscine super grande, la maison et le jardin comme sur la photo. Mais le propriétaire habite dans la maison au rez-de-chaussée ce qui n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce. Mais il était très gentil et très agréable et presque jamais là. Mais il faut quand même savoir qu'il habite là. En plus, la télé était microscopique, donc méga petite et la connexion Internet via Wifi ne fonctionnait pas vraiment, ou était super lente. »

« Nous avons passé un séjour atypique, mêlant détente et calme, avec un panorama à 360° sur l'Adriatique. L'endroit est idéal pour les enfants, qui profitent de la piscine et de l'aire de jeu. La gentillesse de l'hôte a contribué à rendre le séjour inoubliable! (conseils en matière de gastronomie, de visites culturelles, et attention toute particulière envers ses locataires).
