The shallow water near the dock makes lake time especially enjoyable, whether that means wading in, swimming, fishing right off the dock, or putting in a canoe for a full day on the water. Even clean-up is a pleasure thanks to the stunning lake views from the sink. Just off the kitchen, a sunny den provides a quiet nook for reading, relaxing, or getting a bit of work done. The daybed in the den is perfect for extra guests or afternoon naps.

The rest of the main level features three bedrooms, including a lakeside primary suite with a king bed, full water views, and a private ensuite bath. Two additional queen bedrooms and a convenient half bath complete this level.

Downstairs, the lower level adds even more living space and flexibility. A cozy family room with a smart TV, DVD player, and a large collection of movies is perfect for movie nights or rainy days. A game table and board games invite friendly competition, while the kitchenette area includes a sink, microwave, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. This level also offers three more bedrooms—including a private king bedroom with an additional twin daybed and trundle, plus a charming bunk room and connected queen bedroom—and a full bathroom. Walk directly out to the patio and yard, and from there straight to the lake and dock.

Hutchins Lake in Fennville places you minutes from local favorites like Fenn Valley Winery, Virtue Cider, Modales Winery, and Crane's orchards and restaurant. The vibrant towns of Saugatuck, Douglas, South Haven, and downtown Fennville are all within a short drive, offering beaches, shopping, dining, galleries, and entertainment.

- This home is on a private septic system. To ensure proper function, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush items such as wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other materials, as they can cause damage or backups.
- This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking.
- There is one full bathroom on the main level and the only access is through the primary bedroom.
- There is no door between the lower level bunk room and queen bedroom.
- There is a daybed in the den. There are no window coverings or doors for privacy in this room.
- There is a Ring doorbell that records when it senses motion at the front door. It records sound and video while the motion is happening, not all the time.
