'The property had a very convenient location, easy to get around the city from there. However, immediately walking in to the property, strong, urine smell downstairs and going upstairs into the two bedrooms. Had a sink problem that they came over and fixed, and they even noticed the urine stains on the carpet downstairs. The smell was even worse, going up the stairs and into the two bedrooms. We went and bought pet odor, deodorizer, etc., to try and offset the smells. The outside deck had trash...

'We enjoyed our 2 week stay. The host had great communication and follow up. The property was clean and as expected. The yard was great for our dogs. All facilities worked as expected with one temporary wifi outage (likely from weather) which the host helped remedy. We ended up reducing our stay to head home early for family reasons and the host was great at providing a refund. All in all very pleasant experience.'
