The separate upstairs and downstairs layout worked great—parents could relax while the kids enjoyed their own TV/game room.It was also very pet friendly, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent—close enough to enjoy Bentonville but just far enough out to feel peaceful.One of the best surprises was the trailhead...

'This is a nice three-level place with plenty of room for a family of four or more. The kitchen and living area are a great place to gather and hang. We didn’t use the top level patio because of the weather but would enjoy that if we had. It is a super short walk to the historic downtown shops and restaurants. Communication was good, quick and helpful. Highly recommend!'
