Flats in Farragut

'We enjoyed our stay at the property. It had everything we needed for the month and our host was very way to communicate with.'

'Fantastic Iocation, you’ll struggle finding a better price in the Old City. Great parking right next to the property. Super clean. Would have liked more descriptions on where to find the front pin pad and how to find the condo, but was not hard to figure out at all.'

'Very nice spot, a bit noisy on bar nights and with the train tracks next door. Was not an issue for us. The second bed in the common area is a pull down Murphy bed, which was very comfortable and much better than a typical sofa bed. I slept well!'

'David's an excellent host and his place is great. I'm reluctant to tell too many people because I feel like it's a hidden gem. I brought my 10-year-old kid to Knoxville for the first time and we used David's place as basecamp for East TN adventures. Would also be good for a couple with or without a kid or two (maybe more than 2 kids if you're good with coziness)David's place is perfectly located for all the best of the Old City / Market Square / Downtown / Tenn or Bijou Theatres. Everything is...

'Great location to everything in downtown Knoxville for restaurants and exploring the city! Well stocked unit as well. Highly recommended for a family of 5 or 6.'

'It was a great place during the day. At night, we could hear club music until 2:00 am. Challenging to sleep.'
