« Excellent location for Big Ears, lots of food, beverage, & shopping options just outside. Loft is very nicely appointed and quite cozy, and communication was fairly prompt. The bar next door was quite noisy (party vibes) till 3am on a Wednesday night, so be aware if you’re looking for a quiet zone to relax and disconnect. Entrance isn’t clearly marked with the address, so a little extra detail on that would be helpful/reassuring. Overall a cool look and feel for a short or long stay, as long as...

« Condo was exactly as advertised. High end finishes all around and a well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Parking was convenient. »

« Amazing experience! The host was quick to respond to messages and provided helpful tips for our stay. Host provided great instructions on finding the location and how to gain access to the apartment. The location is great, parking beside building and less than a minute walk to great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment was extremely clean, including the linens. Will 100% book again for a stay in Knoxville. »

« Love this rental! We have stayed here multiple times. It's a really great getaway for a couple. Close to restaurants, clubs, sports...The biggest bummer is the parking.We will continue to rent here. »

« Everything was perfect for our "girls weekend". Beautiful location within walking distance to shops and dining. Only one suggestion for improvement would be to add grab bars in the showers. That would make it safer for these old gals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful loft!!! »

« We had a wonderful stay! This property is exactly as described, clean, beautifully decorated and up to date. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in, but if you decide to eat out, you are in a walkable area to old city, market square, and the restaurants and boutiques on Gay street. We loved the extra touches throughout the space! The complimentary parking space was key as parking downtown can get tricky! Communication with the owner/manager and the check in and out process was easy....
