'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'The hotel is very relaxing and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast in the morning was perfect to get you going with a view of the ocean as well. There’s even a pool that allows for some relaxation and escape from the sun. A perfect retreat, which still allows you to explore the village.'

'Nautibeach is in een woord geweldig. Wij hadden een appartement op de begane grond. De inrichting was wat verouderd, maar de rest maakte dat meer dan goed. Geweldig zwembad en strand voor de deur. Evenals een goed restaurant. Verder alles op loopafstand.'

'We stayed in one of the rooms with a plunge pool. It was fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bed was comfy and the room was well situated. The hotel is located right on Playa Norte across from another resort. The ocean is so blue and beautiful and there were a lot of fish that would swim near you. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Alexander. We would definitely stay here again.'

'If you are looking for a place with a great view, very good air conditioning, comfy bed, great food, awesome pool and super close to the ferry dock, look no further. The supplied coffee every day was a bonus. '

Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. '

'The room was totally not what I thought it would be. The ground was wet and dirty, I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes on. The WiFi is really back working. The hotel from the outside looks good, but unfortunately that’s the only good point. '

'I loved this place. Always a hello and a smile upon arrival. Did me a huge favour on my departure day which was super helpful. AC was great. Large shower with superb water pressure. Room had a nice balcony, great for people watching. Lots of space and clean. Location is a Short walk to food, beach, the ferry terminal and groceries. And while in the heart of Centro it was also quiet at night. Absolutely my first choice if I come back.'

'This was just a bad experience. To be honest, I don’t know how the score is this high. The rooms have no windows, well they do but it has plastic corrugated covers in front of it. So you can’t look outside. The rooms are outdated and shabby. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only at the pool if working. The pool is not that nice, water is was low filled. The airco leaked for two days, soaking up three towels. Low pressure water. Somethimes no water, the reception advices to right a complaint at...
