« We enjoyed our stay and loved being on the lake. The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. « Pros: The views of the lake are beautiful - especially during the fall when the trees are turning. Check in was easy (but had to call to get the instructions). The house is equipped with Roku tv and the bathroom has a heater. Cons: Zero response from the owner despite multiple direct messages through VRBO. « We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend at ZEN. There were so many things that made it exceptional, hot tub during a snowfall, soaking tub etc. One of the most underrated things though was the towel warmer! What a fantastic thing to have when you come back in from the hot tub during a snow storm!We look forward to trying to make this an annual trip. »

« This was a good, clean, solid stay for a couple who used primarily the main floor. The main floor bedroom was comfortable with an in window AC, the house had on demand, tankless hot water, and the main floor living room had comfortable couches and another in window AC. There was a definite lack of privacy on the main floor as one side of the house and bathroom lacked curtains or blinds. The house is in thick woods but I could see two windows of the neighbor’s house directly out the living room...
