'Dirty sheets, shower curtain, rug in sitting room filthy. Outside was full of weeds. Garage was filled with stinking garbage. On the plus side it was a great location. Far too expensive for what you get. If you had to sleep in the basement you would have nightmares.'

'Communication was good, and the stay was nice. The listing, however, was not clear that one of the bedrooms did not have a true bed in it. It has a small couch that folds down to a small bed. This small green couch can be seen in the photos in an image labeled as "living room". Otherwise, no complaints! '
