I wanted to celebrate our 30th Anniversary in a home with an "all-inclusive resort" vibe (without the international airfares). Eric and Neda’s Grand Lux II was perfect... a huge hit with everyone in the family. Our group of 12 ranged in age from 15 to 70 from RI, WI and CA, and there was comfort for all. We lucked out with great "pool weather" and spent a number of days just hanging out at the house. The game room was popular with everyone, and all were impressed with the beautiful accommodations. Essentials like kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies (condoments, cooking oils, coffee, shampoos & soaps etc) were generously provided... a nice touch! We were also able to have food & groceries delivered when needed.Eric stayed in touch via text and replied promptly to questions, and gave advanced notice before stopping by to manage trash bins or when landscapers were expected. We hired a private chef through Inland Empire Catering to serve a special dinner one evening, and they were able to serve a terrific meal using the home's kitchen and dinnerware. (Eric also had recommend a chef, but he wasn't available on our desired date.)I highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a special getaway. I'm so glad I found it.

Eric & Neda were great hosts & their home was perfect for hosting our small wedding. They anticipated every need & were quick to answer any questions that came up. The home was absolutely stunning & was very organized & clean. I loved that the game room had some activities for our 18 month old (some books & pop-it’s). I cannot say enough good things about this property and ironically one of the most important points is how quickly responsive were Eric and Neda to all my enquiries. But the entire week was marvellous and the amenities outstanding. We did have much better weather than forecast but there are so many indoor games to enjoy, the weather does not matter. The location was private but only about an hour from San Diego, 30 minutes from Oceanside and 35 minutes from Temecula. Loads of wineries around also golf course! Hopefully we shall return.

The home is spacious, very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has room to comfortable sit 16-19 people for meals. The amenities are outstanding: pool, jacuzzi, putting green, corn hole and a 4 car garage with lots of games and space. The location is very nice. Family Wedding and 60th Birthday Celebrations

We rented the home for a family wedding that was just down the road. The property was gorgeous and had all the amenities you could want from a well appointed kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms to a putting green and pool area with a great tiki type bar and grill. The best part was the casita and game room! A perfect layout and gathering place for all our family and friends. The host was very responsive and we will be back!

Great Stay for Long Wedding Weekend

This place is impressive and beautiful! Eric was a super host and answered our questions quickly. The house and casita were well equipped with everything we needed. 10 of us came here for a girls weekend. The property is stunning. We spent one day just hanging out by the pool and ending the night hanging out in the game room. We all said that we wished we had one more day at the house and we would definitely book it again for our next retreat!

Family Stay for Wedding at Grand Tradition

I booked this venue so I could stay the night before my wedding with my adult children and their spouses, and my 8 yr old son and grandson. They had the best time swimming, golfing, playing poker and pool. It was so amazing to have that time to connect and bond before the big day. I would definitely stay again if they all come back to town for a family gathering. Plenty of space, the game room and yard was the highlight of our stay. The hosts, Eric & Neda checked in a few times to see if there was anything we needed.

R & D Kernutt Family Get-To-Gether 2024

The Grand Lux II provides a luxurious place to stay and is just as the pictures displayed it. Our entire family from our grandchildren of 1, 2, 4, 6, and 17 years old, along their parents and us loved the place! The yard, pool, outdoor BBQ, game room, full house and casita provided lots of space for all to gather or go to separate areas and have fun. Eric was great about checking in to see about any needs or questions, but the guide they provide about the home and surrounding area provided all the information we needed and more. (We enjoyed the wineries and local restaurants, too!) Thanks for allowing us to stay and we look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful family summer vacation!

We had a group of 16 of us, 6 adults and 10 teens for our family summer vacation! We all had a wonderful time here. The home had plenty of room and everything we needed for our 4 day trip. The game room was amazing, lots of fun activities that kept the teens entertained, along with an amazing pool! The owners were attentive and quickly answered any questions we had from beginning to end. We would definitely visit here again!

One Of The Best VRBO Properties We've Ever Had

My "hard as nails" rating for this property is a 4.95. The discount is for the fact that the Casita AC wasn't working. Unfortunately we didn't find out from our group until the day before the holiday, which pretty much limited the host's response to the day after the holiday which was the day we checked out. Besides this minor glitch, our stay was fabulous. The amenities at this property are all first rate. The pool, spa, games, yard amenities, etc. are all you need for a wonderful family gathering. Book this place now!

Homebase for our son's wedding weekend

Our son's wedding was planned at Grand Traditions in Fallbrook. We also planned the rehearsal dinner at Monserate Winery in Fallbrook. We live within 30 minutes of these venues, but we didn't want to be driving back and forth. We also wanted a place where our family could stay together and enjoy the down time between events. We are SO HAPPY that we found this home! From the time we made the reservation, communication with the owner was easy and timely. When we arrived at the property, we were all thrilled. There were enough bedrooms for everyone to have privacy, but plenty of big common areas for us to enjoy time together. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed, from serving trays to big salad bowls. The pool area is beautiful, and we all enjoyed the hot tub! And the game room and putting green were big hits with our adult kids! These were the features we searched for when considering different rental homes, and they did NOT disappoint. Overall, we had a five star experience at Grand Luxe II. Our son's wedding weekend was made even more special because we were celebrating together with our big family at this beautiful property!
