'Very welcoming and comfortable cabin. High end finishes and spectacular views of lake from livingroom and main bedroom. A dresser or closet with hanging space would've been nice in both bedrooms. Neighbors nearby but very quiet area and short drive to Chippewa Falls. Would definitely recommend. '

'Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. 'Me and my boyfriend wanted a little get away and this resort was perfect it was so peaceful and clean! The cabin we stayed in was adorable. The owners were very kind and helpful. we will definitely be back and recommend to everyone! (Ps one of the owners has his own book that is sold in the gift shop would definitely recommend giving it a read!) '

'The house was perfect size for our family with lots of room to have meals & game time together. The oven worked, however, not very well. Cooked pizzas on the grill in order to get crust done. Patio door quite hard to open/close, so we used the side door, which was no big deal. Overall, enjoyed the beautiful home. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms/showers and rec area! '

'We had a marvelous 3 night stay at the lake. Grill and kitchen were great for cooking. The lake is quiet and calm- very relaxing. The screened room was so nice to beat the afternoon sun and mosquitoes in the evening. Things to know: The area around the dock is not good for swimming. The stairs are steep and narrow. '

'Very quaint. Cottage is clean and comfortable and everything you need is there. Wissota High Shores Supper Club is amazing. Game room with old school video games, air hockey, and ping pong was fun.'

'Perfect for our family of 5 with young children. Everything was spotless. More than enough dishes, towels, etc. The beach was absolutely amazing and the kids played in the sand and water the entire weekend. Tons of outdoor seating. We had one rainy night but there was lots to do inside and plenty of room to spread out. No complaints or issues whatsoever, we had an amazing weekend and hope to return next year for a longer stay!'
