'My first time in Dallas, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with Austin was clear and timely. My questions were answered, instructions on how to access the unit were straightforward, and I was always met with kindness. The size of the home, the included amenities, and the location were great. 'Great Place to stay! staff is friendly. Hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast bar could use a little help but food is good. Coffee is hot. Husband and I use this hotel frequently to stay to go to concerts in Dallas. Hotel never disappoints nice clean updated rooms. Staff is extra friendly very helpful.'

'Very good if you are staying downtown and need something clean and convenient. The parking is a little weird (next to hotel and shares with Hospital but affordable given you are in a major city.'

'The bar was awesome, we had great service and even better drinks!'

'Everything perfect!'
