'Hotel staff were very kind and Our room was clean and comfortable. Their breakfast had a lot of variety and everything was fresh and quite tasty!'

'The hotel is cute, and modern, and clean, but the room that I got is super small, which was enough for a soloist, but there is literally no closet, no drawers, there was a place to hang clothes but no hangers, I just left my clothes in the suitcase under the bed. The shower was nice but no place to put body wash, had to set it on the shower floor. (A suction cup rack to the glass wall would help a lot). I could stay there again. But at least I’m aware now. Now you are too.'

'Hotel Indigo has THE best staff which is why I am giving them a 5 star review. Dora and Donaldson made us feel so welcomed the moment we arrived and anytime we crossed paths, we were greeted with a smile. Unfortunately the hotel is still under construction and management did an excellent job in communicating that and what to expect during our stay. I chose to stay here because of the excellent reviews but it is tough to look past the construction work that is being completed. I do believe once...

'The rooms were big and very comfortable. Just don't pay extra for cafe breakfast during week. It was a choice of coffee, breakfast sandwich or pastry. The product wasn't even up to Starbucks level and I expect more from a Renaissance Hotel. When I saw what they offered, I asked to be reimbursed and they said no. She did tell me the GM would reach out to me and he has not. It's only 35.00 but all the same they can do better.'

'Mooie moderne ruime kamer. Perfect ontbijt. Personeel achter receptie verteld verschillende verhalen als je naar gereserveerde afschrijving vraagt op creditcard bij uitchecken blijkt dat ze dan toch parkeergeld inrekening hebben gebracht terwijl je daar al 2 x na gevraagd hebt. Parkeren moet je niet bij het hotel doen maar in de straat er tegenover kost slechts $6 ipv $30. Voor avondeten moet je wel een stukje lopen of de shutlle van het hotel nemen Het is jammer dat andere die op vakantie zijn...

'We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...
