'Great Place to stay! staff is friendly. Hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast bar could use a little help but food is good. Coffee is hot. Husband and I use this hotel frequently to stay to go to concerts in Dallas. Hotel never disappoints nice clean updated rooms. Staff is extra friendly very helpful.'

'Very good if you are staying downtown and need something clean and convenient. The parking is a little weird (next to hotel and shares with Hospital but affordable given you are in a major city.'

'Very tastefully decorated and trendy property. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the room and bathroom were top notch. Amenities were excellent.'

'The way the room was set up was very convenient. '

'This hotel is located in an area that is currently undergoing a revitalization. There is a very large park across the street. The room was clean and newly remodeled but small details like an old shower curtain and lack of clothes hangers and a chair were simple fixes that could really improve the rooms.'

'This place is awful. The room they assigned us was a dump—the walls were cracked, the bathrooms were filthy and had no shower curtains, it smelled terrible, the floor was covered in dirt, and the windows had no curtains. It was like being in a garbage dump. They should shut down a place like this.'

'Coffee mug was stolen while getting my children breakfast. The coffee was empty every single morning 3 days straight.'

'no the best recommendation to booked someone right on first room of the main entrance!! horrible, they gave me the very first room of the main entrance, did not sleep at all due to everyone have to go thru the door. horrible.... horrible'

'This is a gorgeous hotel with the most amazing and super friendly and accommodating staff! The rooms are large and very comfortable - good and drinks spectacular!'
