'Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. 'The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything. 'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'The hotel room last night in Lubbock awful. It smelled like smoke and dog. There was a roach on the wall and elsewhere. No lamp shade, just a bare bulb. One towel, no wash cloths. No TV. The toilet wasn’t clean-feces spots inside the seat. They have the pool covered. There was a big fresh pile of dog crap right in front of our door!'

'The whole reason I booked here was for the breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff for breakfast didn't show up, so by the time we were checking out to leave on our road trip, there was no breakfast. The room above us was stomping around until 1am and the door closes INCREDIBLY slow, making it a safety hazard. The beds were uncomfortable and both my daughter and I woke with headaches and back aches from it. It was clean, but that's about all.'

'The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the ac it only mildly cooled the room stayed at 78 degrees . But it was tolerable and I will definitely stay there again'
