'Love being here - great set up with lots of common area for gathering'

'Breakfast ok. Beds were not comfortable at all and bed sheets and pillows smelly. Bathroom faucet leaking and after complaint no one fixed it'

'Our room had several stains on the carpet and furniture. We checked in at 10:30PM and the cleaning staff had left piles of dirty sheets and towels outside of the rooms. We didn’t think much of it assuming they were cleaning, but when we left in the morning the piles were still there. We also saw the staff place clean folded stacks of towels on the floor outside of the room and public trash cans were overflowing. Not very hygienic.'

'The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything. 'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'Check-in and checkout was very quick, professional and informative. Menu for breakfast was written on a board outside of breakfast area. This was very unique and helpful. Everything was clean and in its place. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in this area again.'
