'This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers. The location is perfect. The property doesn’t have a pool but the local community pool is right next door '

'We absolutely loved our stay here. The loft bedroom was perfect for the kids. The outdoor (second) bathroom was super convenient and quite a novelty. The proximity to the pool was great. And the town was a very easy walk across the street. We never wanted to leave. We used the grill and the washing machine and drying line. The area is quiet and we slept so well. '# clean. # walking distance to the town Centre Disappointed no wifi password displayed so thought we didn't have any so NO phone coverage with our mobile for the first 3 days, asked real estate office- there was wifi just no documents to advise us. There was a phone booth out the front of the villa which allowed us to make free national calls which set us at ease with a family member in labour in Perth. #Road is very noisy lots of traffic. #no tea or coffee supplied for first night # ironing...

'The unit was very neat and met all of our family needs. We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay and there was plenty of space. The outdoor shower and toilet came in handy after visits to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the bbq was well used.'
