Chalets in Evesham

'When we booked the room through Expedia it said double or twin, we requested twin beds but on arrival were given a double bed room. This room is in the annex building and was very tired looking and the carpet very dirty. The bottom of the bed did not have a cover over the box spring. The hotel was unable to accommodate us with twin beds so we had to upgrade to another room costing an extra 86 pounds. The staff was helpful in doing this . This room was slightly better than the annex room but...

'Executive Rooms could do with a fridge, otherwise lovely . The windows couldn’t be opened and therefore felt a bit warmer than it should. The aircon was good but loud'

'Simpele maar schone kamer waar alles is wat je nodig hebt. Snelle wifi, lekker bed en fijne douche. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Volgende dag ontbijt voor de open haard - speciaal voor mij aangestoken. Prima diner.'

'Everything was really good , the only issue was the weather was very hot, there’s no air conditioning. It’s not something you consider when staying in England normally. But there were two fans in the room. It’s a beautiful old building with lots of charm.'
