'Needs some repair but overall clean'

'One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person. '

'Horrible staff p'

'The property was okay for the price and had extensive pool maintenance taking place. I stayed for 3 nights and each night around midnight there were people slamming doors and making excessive noise in the hall (spring break was just starting so I assume that’s the reason). I will be returning to the area soon and will be looking for other properties but wouldn’t have problem staying at this hotel again.'

'Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. '

'My daughter and I came for the pool area the hot tub was completely closed off and not working and the pool was not very clean the water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom of the pool. There were no pool towels on the first day we had to ask a couple times up front and the next day there were a few in the morning. When we checked in at 3:15 most of the rooms were not cleaned because they said housekeeping was running behind'

'overall, it was clean and for the most part quiet. A suggestion would be to keep those people with active children on the 1st floor to avoid the loud banging from little feat coming from the 2nd floor rooms.'

'Bedding was so comfortable. Room was quiet. Nice selection for breakfast and the food was good.'

'The location was not at all like the pictures. We opted not to stay after we had checked in. We were out the cost of the room but for my family’s comfort and safety we decided to stay at an alternate location as it was not at all what we thought it would be. '

'I had the worst experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude. The pool was ice cold. The first room she gave us was dirty. Beds unmade and all. Second room smelled like mold. Third room appeared clean. Once I pulled back the sheets, there was black hair all throughout them, on both beds. One comforter had blood on it. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for new bedding and remake our beds. The TV didn’t work. There was no conditioner in the shower. The list goes on...

'This is so rundown, no housekeeping, no actual towels for showers, refrigerator in room didn't work nor did the elevator '

'Some staff were helpful, many were not. Always something seemed to be missing or out - internet, regular milk, ice cream, printer not working in the business center, no carts or assistance with check-in; confusing entrance location, had to change rooms upon check-in - not as advertised on web; did not shovel snow on front walk - safety issue. Very different experience than our wedding night and reception 50 years ago.'

'The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. '

'Very friendly & welcoming staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Not luxurious, but perfect if you need a nice quiet comfortable affordable clean place to stay. This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again!'
