'We were arriving late as we were driving in from Nevada and had made reservation here mainly as it felt convenient that it advertised “no end” on their check-in time on the Expedia site. Nonetheless, my husband called on our way there around midnight to let them know we’d be arrived around 3-3:30am and to confirm this would be okay. The front desk lady told him that she’d hold our reservation until 3:30 but after that she’d need to mark us down as no-shows. Ridiculous. With that kind of tight...
